Size & Gauge

  • Gauge: approx. 28–30 sts = 4 in (10 cm) in stockinette on smaller needles with firm tension.
  • Finished height: about 8–9 in (20–23 cm) standing.

Gauge does not need to match exactly, but fabric should be dense so stuffing does not peek through.

Construction Overview

Pumpkin Spice Bunny is worked from the feet up: two legs, joined into the body, then the head shaped above. Arms, ears, and tail are knit separately and sewn to the body.

The outfit and accessories are separate pieces:

  • Long-sleeved sweater dress with folded cuffs, cream collar, and a leaf motif near the hem.
  • Beret in dark brown.
  • Simple strap Mary Jane shoes.
  • Pumpkin spice latte crossbody bag with whipped cream top.
  • Small pumpkin with green leaf and stem that fits in one hand.

Stuff the bunny firmly as you go to help her stand and keep the rounded shapes seen in the photo.
