Set sail for a cozy weekend with Bunny “Lighthouse Weekend”—a knit rabbit wearing a sea-blue wave-lace jumper, cream sailor shorts with folded hems, low brown deck shoes, an ocean-blue cap, and a sand messenger with a tiny lantern charm. Follow the exact counts and placement to reproduce the image 1:1.

- Increase for ease: (k6, m1) around → 96 sts.

6) Place 48 sts for Leg A, 48 sts for Leg B on separate needles.
Leg A

8) Hem fold: p 1 rnd (turn line); k 1 rnd; BO loosely.
9) Fold hem to WS and whipstitch; leave a tiny 1-st side vent by not stitching the last 1–2 sts at the outer seam.

Sand Messenger with Lantern Charm (US 3; sand + yellow/brown)
Bag body (flat)
- CO 18; stockinette 20 rows.
- Fold at Row 14 to create base: 14 rows for back, 6 rows for flap.
- Side gussets: PU 12 sts along each side of back; knit 3 rows garter; seam to front edges.
- Flap shaping: on every RS for 2 rows, k2tog at both edges to softly round; BO.
- Strap: I-cord CO 3, knit to 16–18 cm; sew to sides. Add a tiny button loop or magnetic snap if preferred.
Mini Lantern
- Body (yellow): CO 8; join; k 4 rnds; (k2tog) ×4 (4); BO; stuff lightly.
- Cage/Handle (brown): Work I-cord CO 2 for 2–3 cm; wrap around body as bands (top/bottom + one vertical), then form a small handle loop.
