Welcome to the cozy workshop of the “Candle Maker” Panda. This enchanting amigurumi character brings a warm, sparkling atmosphere to your winter crochet collection. The star of this pattern is a classic black-and-white Panda Bear with a sweet, soulful expression. She is dressed to brave the winter chill while tending to her craft, wearing a stunning textured white dress layered with a luxurious teal velvet cape trimmed with fluffy white fur. Her outfit is coordinated with matching teal velvet shoes and a charmingly long, slouchy beanie hat.
No candle maker is complete without her tools. She carries a vintage-style hurricane lantern to light her way, holds a large pillar candle with a bright woolen flame, and keeps a tiny box of matches ready in her other hand. This pattern involves working with different yarn textures, including velvet and fur yarn, making it a fun challenge for intermediate crocheters.
Please note: I strive for accuracy in every pattern, but occasional errors can happen. Thank you for understanding and for enjoying my designs.

Gauge & Finished Size
The finished Panda stands approximately 28–30 cm (11–12 inches) tall when using the recommended materials. The gauge for the head and body must be tight to prevent stuffing from showing. The velvet clothing should be worked with a slightly looser tension to drape nicely over the bear.
