Around lower half of skirt:

  • Work a green stem downward with two small leaves.

Scatter extra small yellow buds between daisies (single French knot with a tiny green stem).

Pale Yellow Garden Hat

BO fairly firmly so brim flares gently downward.

Crossbody Flower Bag

Use straw-yellow yarn.

Bag Body

CO 14 sts. Work flat in garter stitch.

Rows 1–16: k all.

Fold rectangle so cast-on edge meets Row 12. Seam sides to form a small pouch with a short flap.

Flap

The remaining top portion becomes the flap. Round corners slightly with your stitching. Add a small line of stitches to suggest a button if you like.

Strap

CO 60 sts. Work 3 rows garter stitch. BO.

Sew strap ends to sides of bag so it can cross from bunny’s right shoulder to left hip, just like in the image. Fix bag in place under the bunny’s arm with a few stitches.

Flower Bouquet

Make 3–4 flowers in pastel colors with green stems.

Stems

CO 3 sts in green. Work i-cord for about 10–12 rows for each stem. BO. Make three stems.

Flower Heads

For each flower:
CO 10 sts in desired petal color.
Row 1–4: k all.
BO, leaving long tail.

Roll strip into a spiral and stitch base to form a round flower head.

Sew one flower head to each stem top. Join stems together at the bottom and wrap with green yarn so they sit as one bouquet. Add one or two small green leaf shapes with a few stitches.

Sew bouquet into one bunny hand, angled slightly forward.

Tiny Flower Cart

Cart is worked mostly in brown yarn, with knitted flowers inside.

Cart Box

CO 18 sts in brown.
Row 1–10: k all (garter stitch). This is the base.

Pick up 18 sts along each edge of the base to work sides one by one:

  • Side 1: pick up 18 sts along long edge, work 6 rows garter, BO.
  • Side 2: opposite long edge, same as Side 1.
  • Side 3 and 4 (short ends): pick up 10 sts along each short edge, work 6 rows garter, BO.

Sew side seams together to form an open box.

Handles and Legs

Handles: CO 24 sts, work 4 rows garter, BO. Sew along one top long edge of cart and curve outward to imitate wooden handles at back.

Legs: CO 6 sts, work 6 rows garter, BO. Cut strip in half. Sew short strips under back corners of cart as legs so front rests slightly lower (near wheel).

Wheels (make 2)

CO 20 sts in brown. Join.

Rnd 1–5: k all.
Rnd 6: *k2, k2tog; rep from * (15 sts).
Rnd 7: *k1, k2tog; rep from * (10 sts).
Rnd 8: *k2tog; rep from * (5 sts).

Break yarn, draw through sts, pull tight. Flatten wheel and lightly stuff if needed. Embroider a few spoke lines with darker brown.

Sew one wheel to each front side of cart near the base.

Flowers for Cart

Make several small daisies and buds like those on the dress, using i-cord stems if desired.

To keep cart light:

  • Cut a small foam or felt block to fit inside cart.
  • Cover top with green yarn stitching to look like foliage.
  • Sew flower heads and short green stems onto this base so they stand up.

Place cart beside bunny’s feet, slightly in front.

Final Assembly and Styling

  1. Dress bunny in the green dress and adjust hem so it sits evenly.
  2. Add the white collar, smoothing it so the tips sit neatly at the front.
  3. Put on the green shoes and straighten the straps.
  4. Place the garden hat on the head, letting the ears peek over the brim.
  5. Put the crossbody bag over one shoulder and anchor with a few tiny stitches.
  6. Sew the bouquet into one hand and position the flower cart by the bunny’s side, securing it lightly if you want it fixed.

Your Spring Florist Bunny, complete with mini flower cart, is ready for sunny patio photos or garden displays, with every knit stitch clear and crisp like a real handmade product shoot.
