Assembly

  1. Sew ears to crown ~1.2 in (3 cm) apart with slight inward cant.
  2. Ladder-stitch arms just below neck; angle left forearm slightly forward to “hold” bottle; right arm drapes naturally and clears backpack strap.
  3. Attach legs to body base with gentle splay; add tail low back.
  4. Dress: socks → sneakers → polo → skirt → headband.
  5. Put backpack on from right shoulder, strap crossing body; anchor with a tiny stitch under the arm if desired.
  6. Tack bottle loop into left palm. Arrange laces and collar neatly.

Color Map (exact to photo)

  • Body/tee base/soles/bottle: cream
  • Headband, skirt, wristband, socks, sneakers’ uppers: dusty pink
  • Collar + sleeve bands + stripe accent: mint
  • Backpack (body/strap): teal with mint/butter/blush cassette patch
  • Embroidery: black eyes & smile; blush nose

Blocking & Styling

  • Steam skirt hem to keep the A-line crisp and the side stripe straight.
  • Shape collar points by pinching while steaming.
  • Gently steam sneaker tongues to curve.
  • For the photo look, place by a window on a wooden bench; soft pastel background and any fun sign complete the rink vibe.

Fit Adjustments

  • Shorter bunny: remove the last head increase (max 48 sts) and skip the final body increase (max 48 sts at belly).
  • Looser shoes: work uppers on US 5 or skip one toe-decrease repeat.
  • Snug polo: add one extra raglan increase round before separating sleeves.
