ASSEMBLY & FINISHING
Assembly Order
- Sew head to body; center the vertical seam.
- Attach arms at Body Rnd 22; angle slightly forward.
- Sew ears across Head Rnds 4–6 with a gentle outward tilt.
- Dress the bear: tee → shorts → shoes → cardigan (button up).
- Put on the beanie so the rib sits just above the eyebrows.
- Fit the backpack; tack straps at shoulders to prevent sliding.
Stuffing & Shaping Tips
- Push stuffing into the lower cheek area to create a mild round face without stretching the eye line.
- For the muzzle, keep stuffing light to avoid ballooning; flatten slightly while sewing.
- Legs should be stuffed evenly and aligned so the feet point forward—this ensures the slip-ons lie flat and checker squares read cleanly.
- Block cardigan edges lightly with steam to help bands sit straight.
Quality Control Checklist (match the image)
- Height 25–26 cm; head ≈ body height.
- Eyes between Rnds 12–13, 8 sts apart; muzzle centered across 14–18.
- Beanie mustard, ribbed, hugging the crown without covering eyes.
- Cardigan navy with off-white thin trim at cuffs and hem; block “B” on left chest; four wood-tone buttons on right band.
- Tee shows thin off-white/mustard stripes at the neckline.
- Shorts rust, rolled hem at knees.
- Slip-ons cream soles with navy/cream check on uppers.
- Backpack navy, sits mid-back with neat straps.
Care & Styling
- Because the set uses mostly cotton, the figure holds edges well. Steam-shape the cardigan bands and shorts cuffs lightly (no direct iron). For display shots, stage on light wood floor or coffee table with a mini skateboard prop as in the photo.
