Finishing & Customization

- Shirt texture: For a linen look, alternate sc, ch 1, sk 1 on a few rows of the shirt panels (keep edges in sc so seams are clean).
- Sneaker detail: Surface stitch a thin line around toe for a cap seam; add a tiny rectangle at tongue top for a label.
- Satchel aging: Dry-brush with a slightly darker brown yarn using surface sl sts to suggest wear on corners.
- Safety: Omit long straps/snap closures for children under 3, or stitch everything firmly.
