This exquisite amigurumi rabbit features long, soft lop ears and a sweet, intelligent expression. She is dressed in a meticulously designed vintage-inspired outfit. Her wardrobe includes a cozy mustard yellow cardigan fastened with tiny wooden buttons, perfect for drafty library aisles. Beneath it, she wears a stunning dark moss green skirt with a pleated texture and a delicate shell-stitch hemline. To keep her warm, she wears a cream-colored beret tilted stylishly to the side, adorned with a small bow. Her practical yet stylish dark brown Oxford shoes feature black laces, ideal for standing on ladders to reach high shelves. She carries a brown satchel for her finds, a miniature open book, and is accompanied by her best friend—a tiny green bookworm wearing glasses. This pattern is detailed and designed for intermediate crocheters who love texture and miniature accessories.

Gauge & Finished Size
Work tightly in continuous spiral rounds for the rabbit body so the stuffing does not show. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm hook, the finished rabbit stands approximately 28–30 cm (11–12 inches) tall (excluding ears). The clothing is designed to be removable, except for the shoe base if you choose to crochet them on (instructions provided for removable shoes).
Construction Overview
The rabbit is constructed in pieces: head, ears, body, legs, and arms. The head is round with a biscuit-colored muzzle. The ears are long, tubular lop ears sewn to the sides of the head. The body is pear-shaped. The outfit consists of a skirt worked waist-down with post stitches for a pleated look, a separate cardigan worked in rows, and a beret. The accessories (satchel, book, worm) are miniatures made separately.
