  10. Props: Tack basket to right hand with 1–2 invisible stitches; place booklet in left hand and tack at palm edge if needed.

Finishing & Styling

  • Hover steam the skirt pleats to sharpen; don’t touch iron to the yarn.
  • Pinch the brim while steaming to set a soft down-curve.
  • Arrange yarn balls so three colors show; cross the two needles slightly.
  • Photograph near a window on a light wooden table with a neutral sofa and a plant for that soft pastel vibe.

Troubleshooting

  • Neck wobble: Before closing, add a tiny rolled scrap-fabric “dowel” into the neck core.
  • Hat fit: Adjust Round 5 by ±6 sts (keep multiple of 6).
  • Vest rides up: Tack vest hem to skirt waistband at side seams.
  • Shoes loose: Add a hidden stitch at heel and one through the bow to the ankle.

Care

Spot clean only. Keep away from very young children due to small parts (eyes, buttons, needles).
